Teaching about Money & Possessions
I was always blessed with making a good living; however, when things turned around for me in September of 2008 a few friends questioned my sanity given my experience. Somehow I was making less, but still living my life as usual. I am not sure if my friends understood how I could be so content with life as it is and with my answer to that question because I simply summed it up for those who inquired: I am not worried about money; my faith in God alone is what keeps me going each day. I will just continue to work hard as usually and I know some day I will be rewarded for my genuine efforts. If you don't understand where I am coming from and how I solely rely on the Lord, read Matthew 6:19-34. As a matter-of-fact, read Matthew chapter 1 through 7 when you get a chance.
Whether you're rich, poor or somewhere in between, know that God takes care of ALL his children. And you don't have to be perfect to be a child of God FYI. Just remember to keep all of His laws and principles in your heart. I mention this because after a disagreement with an associate, I referenced some teachings of the bible that I always try to keep in mind regardless of who is right ...<< MORE >>

I sit here saying to myself the things that comes your way in life has a reason. You never know why and they say never question god either. So I try to deal with the fact that the women that has given me life and the one that has taught me to be the strong, independent and always aim for the top has become ill and I can't control what is happening to her. They say you hurt when your child is sick that saying applies with your parents. I am hurting with the fact that my mom is sick and I can't do anything to change how she is feeling.I wish I could just make her feel better physically. But, I cant I just have to be strong for her and just keep praying to my god that she will continue to have her strength to live all her days as happy as I would like her to. Life is to short to harbor on the small things. Life is way more precious than most people realize until something changes in your life. Things have come my way and I have manage to be strong and move on for the better in certain situations, but honestly this has to be the hardest thing to have to deal with. I stay positive and focused in everything that I do but it does not change the fact that the one who has brought you into the world is going thru a lot of pain and is slowly facing the fact that the life that was so simple, now a walk to the car now is the hardest thing to do.So, I say to all of you. Appreciate your loved ones, appreciate the people that encourages you to stay strong and focused on what you would like to accomplish in life. You never know what the next day holds.God determines who walks into your life so embrace them weather good or bad.Always have a pure heart, my mommy has always taught me that. So, I dedicate my first blog to you mom. You mean so much to me, you always have my back whether good or bad. You keep me focused and always let me know that you are proud of me and that means so much to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything Mom. I love you mommy...

Darn, I really wanted the picture of Lloyd, but between the groupies and security the closest thing I could capture on camera quick enough was the side of Lloyd's head and the dude from RL flirting with Jewelz. LOL I don't even know his name, but the crowd sure was jamming to that old song his was singing. I would post of video footage of the performance that Jewelz & I captured, but I learned my lesson. No more free promotion unless I can benefit too. F that!

Did You Praise the Lord Today? I did!
I am just keeping it real. I read the bible and I am not ashamed to admit it! Can somebody say Amen? Anyway...
Did you ever hear about God using people?
Well somehow God sent me a message through my mom this morning. God used my mom to answer many of my prayers! It was an experience that definitely gave me the chills and had me shedding some tears of joy.
My mom has limited knowledge regarding my future endeavors. She only really pays attention to my current accomplishments, not the ones yet to come. Somehow she articulated my whole plan precisely without me even fully comprehending what the bigger picture really is! For me this was certainly confirmation that I should keep going and everything I am working on in life is for a reason even if I don't know it yet. I guess all these rabbits I am pulling out of my top hat aren’t magic after all. LOL I always remind myself and others that we aren't "lucky", rather we are blessed! I can't say Amen and praise God to that enough!
With that said, I want to ask all my people to read Psalms 105. Give thanks to the Lord and let the world know what he has done for you! If you want to brag about anything it should be the Lord! God used my mom this morning and now he is using me to remind everyone to take the time to read your bible! The Lord has brought you this far, but do not take for granted that He can take it all back like that! So be thankful of your current situation (count your blessings) because it may get better or it may get worse. Remember that no matter what the situation, obey the Lord (principles) and keep the faith that He will bring you through it!
